Games Workshop Khinerai Lifetakers - Khinerai Heartrenders

Folding their wings, the Khinerai Lifetakers dive at high speed, and deploy their leather wings at the last moment to stop their descent and strike with their sickles. Those who survive the initial assault can retaliate, but anyone who faces the Khinerai must remain on his guard, as they have become masters in the art of using their heart-piercing shield to counter the blows and plant them in the vital organs of their opponents. If enemies regroup to try to block the Lifetakers in battle, the Harpies only have to flap their wings to leave the fray and set out in search of a more vulnerable target. The last thing these unfortunates hear is a sudden breath of air before the Lifetakers' brutal assault ends their existence. This plastic kit contains the components needed to assemble 5 Khinerai Lifetakers. These Khinerai have partial masks, which leave their bloodthirsty rictus fully visible when they take off carried by their large barbed wings. Their minimal armor puts light weight over protection - larger plates would be a handicap for these aerial killers. Each Lifetaker has a horrible barbed-wire sickle, and a heart-piercing shield that owes its name to its cruel long tip. You can assemble a Harridynn, or unit leader - you can recognize her by her loincloth and her hair disctincts. The figurines are connected to their base via a piece of ruin to give them a dynamic and airy air. The Khinerai Lifetakers come in 61 components, plus 5 40mm Citadel round pedestals. This kit can otherwise be used to assemble Khinerai Heartrenders.
