The Church of the Redeemer in Sacrow, located on the banks of the River Havel, holds a hitherto unrecovered treasure: its blue tiling contains numerous messages for eternity. On the blue glazed, floral-patterned tiles of the church, built by Ludwig Persius in 1844, 150 years of German history can be found in short messages.
