Abbott, Ryan Ryan Abbott, M.D., J.D., M.T.O.M., Ph.D., is Professor of Law and Health Sciences at the School of Law, University of Surrey, and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.
